The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Working closely with the agent to develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Developing and executing plans to increase customer engagement and retention.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to the agent.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive in finding solutions and taking initiative to improve processes.
