Ultrasonography Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in a hospital setting.

This opportunity offers a 13-week contract with the possibility of extension, providing the chance to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare exam room and ultrasound equipment to conduct thorough examinations
• Recognize and record appropriate anatomy and pathology using sonographic equipment, ensuring accurate results
• Write detailed reports based on scan results, providing valuable insights for medical staff
• Alert medical staff of any abnormalities, ensuring prompt attention to patient needs

Requirements:

• Active certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
• American Heart Association BLS
• 2 years of recent relevant experience in ultrasonography
