• **Service Owner Responsibility:**

• **System Configuration and Development:**
  • Work with our motivated team to ensure optimal system configuration and development
• **Project Participation:**
  • Participate in project teams to actively shape and assume partial project management tasks
• **User Support:**
  • Act as a contact person for users and provide support, including assistance with questions and problems
• **Release Testing:**
  • Conduct release tests to ensure smooth system operation
