Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic team at Saint Joseph Health System. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a crucial role in patient care, working closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide respiratory care to patients in critical care settings, including intubation and ventilation management.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' respiratory status and develop effective treatment plans.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

Graduate of an AMA accredited program in Respiratory Therapy.
Current licensure in Respiratory Therapy for the State of Indiana.
Minimum CRT Credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care.
Preferred experience in Critical Care, NICU, Open Heart Recovery, and Bronchoscopy.
