Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team in the Interventional Suite. As a key member of our cardiac team, you will be responsible for preparing and operating equipment during cardiovascular procedures while providing top-notch patient care in a sterile environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare equipment before and during procedures
- Identify and assess patient condition
- Prepare, position, and provide patient care
- Maintain a sterile environment
- Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students
- Participate in the orientation of new staff
- Completion of 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility
- Previous procedural area experience preferred
- Registration as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training required
We offer a competitive salary range of $27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience.
