Automotive Cashier

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our team at Nielsen Mitsubishi. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate information about our services and vehicles.
• Cash Handling: Process payments, refunds, and other transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Administrative Tasks: Record receipts, schedule appointments, and perform other clerical duties as needed.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1 year of customer service experience preferred, with previous experience in the automotive industry a plus.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
