Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
  • Transport oversize and overweight equipment to job sites with confidence and precision.
  • Work in various weather conditions, including adverse weather, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Perform overnight travel as required.
  • Maintain accurate logbooks and time cards, adhering to company and DOT safety policies.
  • Knowledge of local and state oversize rules and regulations, with the ability to handle permitting for oversize and overweight loads.
  • Operate any vehicle assigned, with a willingness to adapt to new equipment.
  • Make accurate and prompt deliveries, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Physically able to secure and strap down loads, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain, service, and clean transportation equipment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Operate heavy equipment for loading and unloading purposes, with a strong understanding of equipment operation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Follow written and verbal directions, with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Ability to read maps and navigate to job sites, with a strong sense of spatial awareness.
  • Meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency, with a strong work ethic.
  • Work well with others, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must possess a CDL, Class A with all endorsements, including HazMat and tanker.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Should have mechanical skills to perform basic maintenance on equipment.
  • Must provide a valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
  • Must be able to provide past driving record and current MVR.
  • Basic Computer Skills Required (Email, Smart Phone, Excel).
