Job Description

You will provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed clinicians. This includes setting up exercise equipment, instructing patients, monitoring exercise performance, helping with prescribed home exercise programs, and assisting with therapeutic modalities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain overall tidiness of clinics, following cleaning and sanitation protocols.
  • Order and stock clinic supplies, ensuring equipment is clean and functioning properly.
  • Have a sense of urgency, escalating patient concerns to clinicians and the Clinic Director for quick resolution.

Supporting ATI's Mission

You will cultivate an exceptional customer experience by greeting and interacting with patients warmly during check-in and throughout appointments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

You must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Healthcare experience, customer service skills, and certified personal trainer experience are a plus.
