This role offers an annual salary ranging from $65,000 to $95,000, based on your experience. Daily Responsibilities

As a Roofing Supervisor, you will represent our company on-site, taking charge of project execution and team performance. Your proactive approach will help prevent delays and ensure projects stay within budget. Your friendly demeanor and positive outlook will create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

Utilizing your coaching and mentoring abilities, you will inspire your team to achieve their best. Qualifications
  • Proven experience in roofing construction for at least 2 years
  • Preferred experience in crew leadership for 1 year
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Physical capability to lift, climb, and perform construction-related tasks
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail
