Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Work effectively as a member of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Perform various tasks, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying heavy objects up to 40 pounds

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
  • Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift heavy objects
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
