Key Responsibilities- Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate pharmacy systems, including cash registers and inventory management software.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking of pharmaceuticals and supplies.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB certification preferred.
- 6 months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
