Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and replace siding, soffit, and facia on residential and commercial properties.
  • Remove old and damaged exterior siding, soffit, and facia from lower portions of roofs.
  • Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when working with siding.
  • Operate vehicles and powered equipment, such as tractors, blowers, and power tools.
  • Perform water feature maintenance, water conditioning treatments, and skim and clean outs.
  • Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in repairing siding, soffit, and facia on different types of properties.
  • Knowledge of various types of siding, soffit, and facia.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Able to provide estimates for bids.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Past experience as a landscaper/groundskeeper.
  • Experience with hand-held and power tools.
  • Ability to maneuver around rough terrain, rocks, and water areas.
Payment and Verification:
  • Bi-Weekly payment.
  • Direct Bank Transfer, CashApp, or other approved payment methods.
  • Verification of driving license and state license for repair work (if applicable).
