The Residential HVAC Installation Specialist will collaborate with various HVAC Equipment manufacturers, system components, and mechanisms to install top-tier HVAC systems. This role encompasses upgrading and enhancing ductwork, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Systems, replacing components, and fine-tuning system controls for optimal performance using specialized tools and diagnostic instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Conduct startup and troubleshooting for a variety of residential HVAC systems.
  • Develop strong customer relationships; understand and address new and existing customer needs and expectations.
  • Perform related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in residential HVAC installation.
  • EPA Universal Certification with a solid understanding of R-410a.
  • Experience with both fiberglass and metal ductwork.
  • Familiarity with control wiring.
  • Valid Driver's License with no significant infractions in the past five (5) years.
  • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
