As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the robustness and reliability of our HypercodingTM platform. Your expertise in component and system-level design, integration of platform modules, and test plan execution will be crucial in making recommendations to technical teams. You will collaborate with our Biochemistry, Consumable, Software, Hardware, and Analysis teams to deliver a best-in-class product to our commercial partners.

Key Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot complex systems and conduct in-depth technical investigations
* Develop and integrate complex diagnostic tools
* Create visual and quantitative tools to track system performance and failure modes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products

Requirements:

* B.Sc., Master's, or equivalent degree in an engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, physics, or related technical field
* Minimum 2-3 years of industry experience
* Proficiency in computer programming and scripting
* Knowledge of issue tracking tools such as Jira and experience in creating and maintaining instrument run databases
* Excellent attention to detail, spirit of collaboration, and positive attitude

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly rate of $35-$60, depending on level and experience. The position is a project-based role, with the opportunity to convert to a full-time position in April.
