About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Provisioning Specialist to join our team at NICE Systems, Inc. As a key member of our provisioning team, you will be responsible for initiating and completing orders for inbound number services to our NICE CX network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage move, add, change, and disconnection orders (MACDs) within queues, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Document all activities related to MACDs in our order queuing systems.
  • Efficiently handle routine and escalated orders, prioritizing tasks to meet published service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in customer go-live activities, including hot-cut activities, carrier engagement, and rerouting as needed.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, customers, and sales partners, both verbally and in writing.
  • Respond to emails and inquiries, resolving discrepancies and technical questions within the limits of CPNI rules.
  • Perform a variety of tasks in Provisioning or other departments as dictated by management.
  • Attend meetings and training as required, and back up other team members during absences.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year provisioning inbound number services or 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within published SLAs and meet deadlines.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competency serving in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, handling escalated order requests.
