Dietitian Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Dietitian, you will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary health team to promote wellness, maintain current health, and/or intervene in acute or chronic illness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quality clinical nutrition services to patients in accordance with providers' orders and hospital policies.
• Perform assessments on patients identified to be at nutrition risk.
• Provide nutrition education to patients and support the Food and Clinical Nutrition Department Teams.

Requirements:

• Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field.
• Experience: Less than one year.
• Education Discipline: Bachelor of Science Degree in Foods and Nutrition or related field. Completion of Dietetic internship. Successful passing of the registration examination for dietitians (RDN).
• Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN)
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
