Job Summary:
This position provides general nursing care to patients and families along the health-illness continuum in diverse healthcare settings while collaborating with the healthcare team. The successful candidate will be accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with OhioHealth's nursing standards and policies.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement effective nursing interventions to promote patient health and well-being.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
- BLS - Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
- RN - Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Ohio
- 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting (Preferred)
