Job SummaryThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician to provide primary medical care to participants, including assessment, development of a plan of care, and evaluation of effectiveness. The successful candidate will work in a collegial relationship with other healthcare professionals, making independent decisions regarding medical needs and health regimens.
Responsibilities- Provide primary medical care to participants, including assessment, development of a plan of care, and evaluation of effectiveness
- Work in a collegial relationship with other healthcare professionals, making independent decisions regarding medical needs and health regimens
- Carry out medical procedures as indicated
- Participate in the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Communicate effectively with participants, families, and healthcare team members
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Board Certified in Geriatric Medicine (preferred)
- MA license (or willing to obtain)
- CDS Certification & DEA Verbal Confirmation Registration (prior to start)
- Minimum 1 year working with the frail or elderly population
- BLS (prior to start)
- Clean/Clear malpractice (highly preferred)
- EMR TruChart experience (highly preferred)
