Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the executive's schedule, planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Read, research, and route correspondence, drafting letters, documents, and presentations while maintaining the executive's tone and voice.
  • Analyze information, extract insights, and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Oversee office operations, including mailroom, facilities, café, and reception, ensuring exceptional customer service and discretion.
  • Prepare, update, and distribute meeting minutes, action items, and related documents.
  • Coordinate company meetings, both on-site and off-site, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
Requirements
  • Superior organization, prioritization, troubleshooting, and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and execute with high detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and applications (Office 365, e-calendars, copy machines).
