Martial Arts Instructor

Impact Dojo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced martial arts instructor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality martial arts instruction to students of all ages and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging and challenging martial arts lessons that cater to the needs of diverse students.
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes physical and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum that aligns with Impact Dojo's mission and values.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive experience for all.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in martial arts instruction and education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching martial arts to children and adults.
- Black belt certification in a compatible martial art (e.g. karate, taekwondo, kickboxing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
