Robotics Engineer

RGS Products Inc. is a leading architectural metals and glass fabrication company seeking a skilled Robotics Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for programming and operating robotic welders, training employees, and ensuring the safe operation of equipment.

• Program and operate robotic welders to produce high-quality architectural metal products
• Train and mentor employees on the proper use of robotic welding processes
• Collaborate with managers to develop and modify processes and procedures
• Ensure the safe operation of equipment and maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Background in welding and fabrication required
• At least two years of programming experience
• OSHA 10 certification a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
