Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lube Technician to join our team at Jiffy Lube - Najjar Lube Centers Inc. As a Lube Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the quality of our preventative maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance services on passenger vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Provide superior customer service, including explaining services and products to customers.
  • Follow Jiffy Lube International J-Team Service Standards and use reference materials for filter applications and manufacturers' recommendations.
  • Maintain training requirements as directed by company standards and follow safety procedures, including wearing PPE at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and maintain cleanliness of the shop, tools, and facilities.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age and have a valid CA Driver's License.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and endure repetitive and prolonged bending and reaching.
  • Must be available to work weekends and occasional travel up to 15 miles.
