  • Diagnosing and resolving issues with HVAC equipment
  • Removing outdated systems
  • Installing state-of-the-art HVAC systems
  • Conducting regular maintenance checks
  • Engaging with clients to address their needs
  • Managing inventory and ordering necessary equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with local HVAC regulations
  • Handling heavy equipment, lifting over 50 lbs
  • Installing ductwork throughout residential properties
  • Interpreting wiring diagrams accurately
  • Understanding the principles of refrigeration cycles
  • Analyzing technical data, including pressure and temperature readings

Qualifications:

- Must possess a valid Driver's License

- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience is required

- Universal Refrigeration EPA Certification is mandatory

- Candidates must have their own hand tools

- Strong understanding of advanced air conditioning and heating principles.

- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics.

- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

- Ability to work in confined spaces.
