Key Responsibilities- Prep and apply spray-in bedliners to vehicles, adhering to strict quality control procedures
- Prep and spray aftermarket parts, utilizing advanced techniques and equipment
- Service and maintain shop equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
- Utilize protective supplies to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Operate lifting and moving devices to move materials and equipment
- Responsible for cleaning, sanding, and applying chemical solutions to prepare and condition surfaces prior to painting
- Mask and cover surfaces not to be painted, removing accessories such as chrome, mirrors, and windshield wipers
- Mix and thin paint or other coating to specified color and consistency according to standard formulas or color charts
- Spray specified amount or thickness of primer, protective, decorative, or finish coatings onto prepared surfaces
- Education and/or experience in paint repair and refinishing
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Understanding and compliance with safety rules and practices, as well as posted work rules and procedures
- Positive outlook with a high-energy personality
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Ability to exercise good judgment and critical thinking
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
