- Interview patients to obtain, verify, or update medical history and assess risk factors.
- Explain procedures to patients, including potential risks and benefits, and provide post-care instructions.
- Recognize and respond to medical emergencies as needed.
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R).
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BLS) training.
- Strong analytical and clinical skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work with diverse patient populations.
