Position Overview:

  • Utilize independent judgment to manage and ensure the quality of physical therapy services delivered by assistants and aides.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to staff and students, stepping into leadership roles as necessary.
  • Deliver high-quality patient assessments and care in alignment with clinic policies within a secure environment.
  • Engage in effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to maximize the benefits of care.
  • Evaluate the educational needs of patients and their support systems to enhance care outcomes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in clinical techniques and safety protocols, ensuring a safe treatment environment.
  • Exhibit leadership skills in organizing and educating team members.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.
  • Optimize patient scheduling and time management to meet efficiency benchmarks.
  • Travel to various local clinics as required.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is required. A valid Physical Therapist license, registration, and/or certification in accordance with state regulations is essential. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
