Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Produce Stocker to join our team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a Produce Stocker, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have access to a wide variety of fresh and high-quality produce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in locating produce items, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Produce Management: Maintain a clean and organized produce department, including stocking shelves, rotating stock, and trimming and packaging produce as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and stock produce shipments, ensuring that all items are accurately counted and stored in a timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements

  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
