Role Summary

The Property Maintenance Specialist is responsible for executing all groundskeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the property, including waste management and routine cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Property Upkeep:

  • Complete daily maintenance checklists
  • Ensure the exterior of the property is clean and visually appealing
  • Maintain landscaping between scheduled service visits
  • Clean and maintain swimming pool areas as needed
  • Organize outdoor furniture as directed
  • Perform daily mopping and vacuuming in designated areas
  • Keep all amenity spaces clean and inviting throughout the day
  • Ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards at all times

Additional Duties:

  • Availability to work a full shift and adhere to the required schedule
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Willingness to work additional hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary
  • Assist with move-outs and transitions outside of standard hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Basic computer skills

Ideal Experience:

  • At least one year of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Familiarity with student housing or multi-family environments

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Community Engineering Manager

Direct Reports: None
