Job Summary

Medline Industries - Transportation & Operations is seeking a skilled Class A Driver to transport lifesaving medical products to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries.

Responsibilities:

  • Load and secure medical products from our facility into a truck.
  • Safely operate a Class A vehicle between our facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route, adhering to our safety regulations.
  • Unload and deliver products at customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Provide in-person support to customers, addressing their questions and needs, and providing documentation upon delivery.
  • Communicate with our dispatching team regarding necessary adjustments to the delivery route or schedule to meet customer needs and maintain safe operations.
  • Maintain a travel and cargo log in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company policy.
  • Perform vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation and sufficient fuel levels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience.
  • Doubles Endorsement with experience.
  • Class A CDL, licensed to operate assigned vehicle.
  • Ability to meet Federal and State requirements for commercial motor vehicle operation.
  • Clean driving record with no serious violations.
