Nous recherchons un(e) Maitre duvre Dconstruction / Dsamiantage (F/H) pour rejoindre notre équipe Building & Infrastructure de Bureau Veritas Solutions, sous la responsabilité du chef de service.

**Compétences requises**

* Expérience de 7 ans minimum dans une fonction similaire en Maitrise duvre Dconstruction / Dsamiantage ou en bureau d'études

* Titulaire d'une attestation de formation amiante encadrant technique sous-section 3

* Autonomie, rigueur et capacités de communication et de synthèse

* Forte appétence commerciale et de développement

**Fonctions**

* Développement commercial de l'activité

* Résponse aux appels d'offres sur le Sud-Ouest de la France

* Rédaction de cahier des charges de démolition / désamiantage

* Pilotage des opérations depuis la conception des études jusqu'à la réception des travaux

* Résolution de missions de Conseil / Assistance Maîtrise d'Ouvrage dans le domaine de la déconstruction / désamiantage / économie circulaire

* Résolution de l'économie de projets (descriptifs et chiffrages)

* Animation et coordination de l'activité des intervenants

* Représentation en externe comme en interne Bureau Veritas Solutions et/ou le projet

* Proposition et déploiement du plan de management de la qualité adapté aux enjeux du projet

* Animation des réunions de chantier et techniques

* Gestion financière de l'opération (Bilan, FTM, États d'acomptes)
