Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individual treatment plans, and coordinating care with our support staff and Clinic Director.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individual treatment plans
- Coordinate care with support staff and Clinic Director
- Complete daily patient care notes, progress notes, and discharge notes
- Provide continuous communication with referring physicians and other referring sources
- Maintain clinical logs and checklists to ensure compliance with local and federal requirements
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and provide an exceptional experience for patients
- Passion for Physical Therapy and patient care
- Ability to work closely with clinic staff to improve work relationships and build morale
- Ability to stand, stoop, and move throughout the clinic for the entire assigned shift
- Licensed or license eligible in the state of employment
