Join our team as an Archery Coach and make a difference in the lives of young athletes

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Archery Coach to lead our Recreation Archery Program. As a Coach, you will be responsible for providing NASP instruction, coaching, and supervision to students in grades 3-12. Your primary objective will be to ensure a safe and fun environment for participants.

1. Provide leadership and guidance for the archery participants.
2. Provide instruction and coaching, following NASP guidelines. Collaborate with assistant coaches to organize, set-up, and ensure safe practices.
3. Help all participants to develop to their full potential.
4. Maintain and upkeep archery equipment.
5. Follow all NASP guidelines.
6. Implement program philosophies, goals, policies, and procedures.
7. Ensure that all participants follow Minnetonka School District guidelines and code of conduct.
8. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
9. Promote sportsmanship and respect for officials, teams, parents, fans, athletes, administrators, and fellow competitors.

1. Certified or willing to become NASP certified in coaching archery.
2. Prior experience in archery preferred.
3. Evidence of successful coaching experience; ability to teach fundamental skills.
4. Positive, enthusiastic, respectful attitude.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Proven ability to work with students, parents, and staff.
7. Commitment to program's high standards.
8. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
