**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Central Scheduling Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our scheduling team, you will be responsible for scheduling direct referral resources in a timely manner for all outpatient locations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure that all potential and existing patients are dealt with in a caring and empathetic fashion while protecting the medical, financial, and legal interests of the hospital.
  • Schedule appointments and referrals in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that patient needs are met and exceeded.

**Requirements**

  • High School graduate with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
