Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Estimator to join our team at W3Global Inc. As a key member of our cost management consulting firm, you will play a crucial role in providing independent, practical, and actionable advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost estimating at all stages of a project, including feasibility, concept, and detailed estimates with labor, material, and equipment breakdowns.
  • Change order management and quality control assurance on cost estimates.
  • Effective communication with clients and attendance at project meetings.
  • Bid analysis and assistance with life-cycle cost analysis and other economic studies.
  • Management of key client accounts and development of business documents, such as reports and detailed letters.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of architectural, structural, and civil disciplines, with a working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • 7+ years of cost management or related experience on medium to large-scale construction projects.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in a construction-related discipline.
  • AACEi credential, such as CCP or CEP, is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to plan, manage time, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Capacity to work in a team setting with minimal supervision and direction.
