About the Role

As a Documentation Specialist, you will play a critical role in creating high-quality technical documents that meet our clients' needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Writing, rewriting, and editing technical documents
  • Conducting research and gathering information
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts
About You

To excel in this position, you will need a solid understanding of technical writing principles, proficiency in documentation tools, and excellent analytical and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.

This is a full-time position with standard work hours of Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. The location is Newton, NC. Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $55,000-$70,000, depending on your level of experience. We strive to offer competitive compensation packages that reflect the value we place on our employees' contributions.
