Job Title: Spa Attendant

As a Spa Attendant at Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our visitors. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with the storage and retrieval of guest luggage and personal belongings.
  • Coordinate with Bellpersons and Valet Attendants to ensure guest requests are fulfilled.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather, including extreme temperatures and high humidity.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Availability Requirements: Full availability is required seven (7) days per week, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous hotel or restaurant experience.
  • Previous computer experience.
  • Previous cash handling experience.
  • Knowledge of Hawaiian/Japanese language preferred.
