Compensation:$25 - $29 per hour
Responsibilities:- Review detailed project plans and specifications to understand project requirements
- Ensure the compatibility and levelness of roofing, flooring, and drywall
- Shape, cut, and smooth materials to precise specifications
- Assemble siding, drywall, kitchen cabinets, and furniture to meet project needs
- Execute various carpentry tasks in residential remodeling projects, including framing, finishing, and installation
- Interpret construction blueprints accurately and make informed decisions
- Select materials for projects within budget constraints, ensuring quality and value
- Take precise measurements and make accurate cuts to ensure a high level of craftsmanship
- Maintain the structural integrity and stability of carpentry work, ensuring a safe and secure environment
- Collaborate with team members, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals
- Identify and resolve construction issues creatively, providing effective solutions
