Job Responsibilities:

As an HVAC Service Technician, your daily tasks will encompass:

  • Diagnosing and resolving issues with both residential and commercial HVAC systems.
  • Installing new HVAC systems across various environments, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Conducting routine maintenance on HVAC systems, which includes cleaning and inspecting equipment, replacing worn components, and testing system functionality.
  • Troubleshooting intricate issues with HVAC equipment and systems, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to devise effective solutions.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring that all work meets the client's expectations.
  • Working with chillers and other specialized HVAC apparatus.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in the HVAC sector, and continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the HVAC Service Technician position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with HVAC systems, including both residential and commercial units.
  • Demonstrated repair skills, with a solid understanding of diagnosing and rectifying issues with HVAC systems.
  • Experience with a diverse range of HVAC equipment, including chillers.
  • NATE certification is advantageous.
  • EPA Universal Certification is mandatory.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting abilities, with the capacity to resolve complex problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the capability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
  • A commitment to safety, with knowledge of all pertinent regulations and guidelines.
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • A high level of physical fitness, as this role necessitates lifting heavy equipment and working in various conditions.
