We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist - System Administrator to join our team at Servpro Industries, LLC. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and enhancements to our critical business systems and desktop environment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide daily technical production support to our corporate users and franchisees nationwide. Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing our technical infrastructure, installing and configuring PC/desktop workstations and software, and utilizing ticketing systems to manage and maintain records of all support calls and responses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily technical production support to corporate users and franchisees nationwide
  • Maintain and enhance technical infrastructure, including PC/desktop workstations and software
  • Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
  • Utilize ticketing systems to manage and maintain records of all support calls and responses
  • Determine issue prioritization based on critical needs of franchisees and/or corporate users
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a technical environment, providing technology support to end-users
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications and operating systems
  • Familiarity with PC desktop and LAN environments, phone systems, and components
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and initiative, and a teamwork approach
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent health benefits, 401(k) with company match, paid time-off, and opportunities for professional development.
