Job Summary

Community Medical Centers of Fresno, CA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ambulatory Clinic Supervisor RN to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinical and non-clinical staff in an assigned clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing department policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, and providing continuous education to staff on policy and procedure, health, safety, and regulatory compliance topics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of clinical and non-clinical staff in an assigned clinic.
  • Develop and implement department policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide continuous education to staff on policy and procedure, health, safety, and regulatory compliance topics.
  • Accountable for planning and developing service area, improving the quality of services, effective communication, staff development, budget support, fiscal control, interdepartmental relations, and personnel management.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing or successful completion of sufficient units in nursing to qualify for state licensure.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the clinical area and leadership ability.
  • Two years of relevant Nursing experience in the Ambulatory setting.
  • PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Administration.
  • LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS MINIMUM REQUIRED:
    • Current California Registered Nurse License.
    • Current BLS certification.
