PGA Coach

We are seeking a PGA Coach to join our team at GOLFTEC. As a coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students of all skill levels, creating customized lesson plans, and maintaining a clean and organized training environment.

GOLFTEC is a leading provider of golf instruction and training. Our mission is to help people play better golf through our comprehensive training program, expert instructors, and cutting-edge technology.

The successful candidate will have excellent coaching skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for golf. They will also be required to attend GOLFTEC University for comprehensive training and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance coaching skills.

• Deliver high-quality lessons to students of all skill levels
• Create customized lesson plans based on student needs and goals
• Recommend appropriate GOLFTEC services for each student
• Maintain accurate records of lessons given using GOLFTEC's TECSWING software
• Ensure the training center is well-maintained and equipment is in good condition

• Competitive base rate: $55,000 - $70,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
