Job Summary:

Hudson Group is seeking a skilled Overnight Baker to join our team at the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking high-quality baked goods for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Production: Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including pastries, bread, and other sweet and savory items.
• Quality Control: Consistently meet or exceed quality standards for all baked goods, ensuring they are fresh, visually appealing, and meet customer expectations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and provide excellent customer service.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure a smooth production process.
• Food Safety and Sanitation: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures, maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment to prevent contamination and ensure customer safety.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ year of experience in food and beverage production, preferably in a bakery or pastry environment.
• Skills: Ability to operate bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofers. Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
