About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Porter to join our team at Diversified Maintenance. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restock restroom supplies, including hand towels, toilet tissue, and hand soap, as needed.
  • Perform spot cleaning of restrooms, including floors, walls, partitions, toilets, urinals, lavatories, mirrors, and dispensing equipment.
  • Police break areas, exterior grounds, and parking decks to ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Return cleaning supplies to the janitor closet, refill items as needed, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
