Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Specialist to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of growth and accountability within our client's fast-growing manufacturing company in Wall Township, NJ.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and compliance, with a focus on performance management, goal setting, and KPI development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR-related processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment across departments.
• Guide managers in setting achievable goals, conducting performance reviews, and implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) to elevate team performance.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to managers on tactical planning, KPI development, and achieving organizational goals.
• Monitor progress and report on managerial performance, offering feedback and actionable recommendations for success.
• Lead and support change management efforts within the organization, ensuring smooth transitions during process improvements and structural changes.
• Foster a positive culture of accountability, professional growth, and continuous learning, promoting a supportive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and compliance.
• Performance Management: Proven experience in performance management, goal setting, and KPI development with a focus on driving change and improving processes.
• Change Management: Demonstrated success in managing organizational change, with the ability to lead teams through transitions and foster adaptability.
• Coaching and Leadership Development: Experience mentoring and guiding managers to reach their full potential and enhance team performance.
