About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at our community, Stoneridge Apartments, located in the Western United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Perform Maintenance: Diagnose and perform or delegate minor and routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our properties.
  • Oversee Maintenance Staff: Oversee and inspect work performed by maintenance staff to ensure high-quality results.
  • Manage Resident Service Requests: Manage a system for handling resident service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate Maintenance Scheduling: Assist the manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnel.
  • Conduct Safety Meetings: Conduct regularly scheduled safety meetings to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures.
  • Coordinate Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate or perform equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred.
  • Maintenance Experience: Must have maintenance experience with at least 150 units.
  • Trade Experience: Must have experience in all trades.
  • Team Player: Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $32-$35/hour DOE.
  • Monthly Bonuses: Eligible for monthly bonuses.
