  • No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure our team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
Responsibilities
  • Physical demands: Must be able to work on your feet for long hours, bend, pull, push, and lift up to 50 pounds without limitations.
  • Reliability: Maintain excellent attendance and provide proper notice for absences.
  • Detail-oriented: Safely perform tasks with a high level of detail, identifying areas outside the regular routine that need attention.
  • Time management: Complete cleaning tasks within the allotted time frame for each facility.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites, with a valid driver's license and ability to drive to multiple facilities in the area each night.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with direct supervisors regarding supply needs, equipment issues, and facility concerns.
Benefits
  • Hourly compensation: $13.00/hour
  • Part-time evening shifts, approximately 12.5 to 20 hours per week, starting after 5:30pm
  • Part-time weekend shifts, approximately 5 hours per shift, on Saturday and Sunday
  • Weekly pay, direct deposit, and benefits for full and part-time team members
