Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide professional nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, utilizing their expertise and judgment to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. They will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing various medical procedures
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification within 60 months of employment start date
  • Registered Nurse license and one year of recent clinical experience as a RN
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
