The Customer Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting Community Sales Managers to enhance new home sales and elevate the customer journey within designated communities. This position provides essential administrative support to the model home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and engage visitors to assess their needs and preferences, referring them to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Facilitate community tours for potential residents and their families.
  • Showcase model home features and advantages, delivering information about the community while highlighting the company's value proposition.
  • Offer detailed product and pricing information.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community and product details to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Generate and distribute various documents, including general correspondence, memorandums, statistical reports, and presentation materials.
  • Compile data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as needed.
  • Organize and maintain filing and copying of correspondence and records.
  • Input and assign new leads into the marketing database system.
  • Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with customers from initial contact through to closing and post-closing activities.
  • Support sales representatives with all administrative tasks in the sales office, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, preparing purchase and sale contracts, filing, event planning, and coordinating the maintenance of the sales center.
  • Document daily traffic and assist community sales representatives with reports and summaries for management.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; one to three months of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.

Computer Proficiency:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with FoxIt Phantom PDF, PDF Expert, or similar software.
  • Ability to learn KOVA software.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Active NC Real Estate License preferred.
