Your Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of our patients and residents on a daily basis.
Collaborative Environment:

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct nursing assessments and manage patient care effectively.
• Collaborate with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals, patients, and families to formulate comprehensive care plans.
• Set realistic, measurable short and long-term patient goals, implementing interventions as necessary to reduce rehospitalizations and continuously evaluate outcomes.
Leadership:
• Delegate patient care tasks to staff and oversee their execution to ensure high standards of care.
• Facilitate communication of patient information among assigned staff and across shifts.

Qualifications:
A graduate of an accredited nursing program is required, along with a current license from the State Board of Nursing. CPR Certification is necessary, and one to three years of experience in a related nursing role is preferred.
