Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute various merchandising tasks, including but not limited to: implementing planograms, conducting resets, setting up displays, performing product cut-ins, conducting audits, stocking shelves, light cleaning on completed sets, retagging, and rotating products for various brands.
  • Assist in maintaining the store's visual appeal and ensuring merchandise displays align with established planograms.
  • Report daily working hours accurately through an online portal accessible via smartphone, computer, or tablet.
  • Maintain necessary retailer-specific online certifications as required.
  • Capture photographs of completed assignments and submit them to your District Manager upon completion.
  • Collaborate and build rapport with retail store associates and management during daytime retail hours.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess reliable transportation to travel between 30 to 60 miles to various locations within the designated area (travel distances may vary based on market location).
  • Effective communication skills with customers, team members, and Apollo management (strong communication leads to more opportunities).
  • Capability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift heavy items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to interpret diagrams or instructions, process directives, and utilize hand tools as necessary.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Benefits:
  • Flexibility to design your own work schedule.
  • Compensated training sessions.
  • Reimbursement for mileage, travel expenses, and hotel accommodations with per diem for applicable travel.
  • Potential for supplemental income, with additional assignments ranging from 0-40 hours per week based on workload, travel willingness, and acceptance of various other projects.
